I have always been involved in sports, from swimming to football, and more recently kayaking and cycling. My interest in sport psychology stems from curiosity around how mindset can influence and benefit performance, which grew as I competed up to international level in kayaking. I am now a chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist.
