COVID-19 is affecting us all. Please read the following statement for implementations to mitigate the risk of spread and protect our well-being during this disruptive time.
Face-to-face appointments are once again available!
You can book your appointments here.
The COVID-19 pandemic is still prevalent, so we need to ensure that we conduct ourselves to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
I have therefore set out specific procedures for your own safety and comfort which you will receive before any face to face appointment you attend.
Prior to your booking, we may be required to have a remote consultation to assess the risks of attending or not attending a face-to-face appointment.
I have the right to cancel your booking if I feel it is an unnecessary risk to myself, you or others.
Remote appointments are available as well as face-to-face appointments
I offer a remote appointment service for you. Many of us have different situations brought about by the difficulties of this year.
If you are unsure if you need a face to face appointment, or these can be a great start to cover a thorough assessment of your situation
These are heavily concentrated on discussing the possible reasons you are in pain or dealing with an injury.
These appointments can be booked online, but it is recommended prior contact is made to facilitate the appointment.
If you have not made a booking before and do so without any prior contact, I will contact you directly. I have the right to cancel the appointment if I feel it won’t be effective for you. Please respect this. However, I may be still be able to help you, even if to send you in the direction of more suitable route.
Where necessary, this may include advice on training, self-treatment modality and exercises to support soft-tissue repair and building tissue capacity.
You can book your appointment online here or fill in the form below to make an enquiry
Our physical and mental well-being is vital throughout this time. I urge you not to neglect you own body. Some of us may have more spare time to train, some of us less. Some of us may be able to relax and recuperate. Some of us may have increased anxiety and stress levels. These things impact us and impact our bodies recovery and adaptation rates. Train smart. Do it sensibly. Get in touch if you have any queries.
We should all think rationally about we conduct ourselves during this time of uncertainty. Legislation and guidance is set out by the UK Government and may be subject to change at any time. Please check the full guidance on the government guidance here.
You may class as lower risk (in good health, active, socially distanced, working from home etc), or higher risk (underlying health issue, work environment, household vulnerability) but ensure you still follow official guidance and think about YOUR specific situation combined with YOUR ROLE in the greater responsibility for helping keep COVID-19 under control.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me. I will keep you updated on any business changes in the future.
Let’s support each other to get through this.
Best wishes,
Shane Robinson
